Every project starts the same way: send us your plans, sketches, or a description of what you’re building, along with the location and rough timeline. We’ll review it and tell you plainly whether steel framing is a good fit, and if it is, what the next steps look like. There’s no cost or obligation to that first conversation.

Who We Work With

We work with architects, builders, developers, and individual homeowners planning new construction. A good share of our projects are in and around Detroit, where cold-formed steel framing pairs well with the city’s ongoing rebuild and its Climate Zone 5 energy requirements. We also review projects in other regions, location alone doesn’t rule a project in or out.
