The Schiff

3 bed · 1.5 bath · 1,685 SF · 2 story · 26’ × 41’

The Schiff — Japandi House Plan with Home Office. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1,685 SQ. FT. Inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian architecture, don’t let the lack of front-facing windows fool you — this plan is designed for privacy and plenty of natural light. The home offers upper and lower patios, a dedicated home office, and plenty of first-floor circulation space. At 1,685 sq ft, it’s the largest Japandi plan in the catalog, with room for a genuine office rather than a corner of a bedroom. The load path around the large rear-facing glazing that makes a windowless front elevation work is exactly the kind of detail cold-formed steel framing handles predictably.
